We know first-hand the devastating feeling not just of grief and loss but of the added weight of the
financial impact from loss.

The Fletcher Foundation was created in 2018 after our founders, Matt and Haley Phillips, lost their
son, Fletcher, at twenty weeks. Matt and Haley were compelled to start The Fletcher Foundation for
families who find themselves in a similar season of life.

Our organization is based in Ankeny, Iowa, but supports families throughout the United States. The
Fletcher Foundation was born out of a deep desire to help others who have experienced the loss of
a child. There is a sacred pain in losing a child, and we want to walk beside families as they navigate
that emotional journey.
