Apply for Funds Towards Miscarriage or Stillbirth Bills

Part of our mission with The Fletcher Foundation is to provide financial assistance to families after miscarriage or stillbirth. Please use this form to apply for an up to $500 payment towards a medical bill related to miscarriage or stillbirth. 

How it works

  • When you fill out this form, it will be sent to our client relations team for review. You will receive a response from that team within 5-7 business days from your application. We can only pay outstanding hospital bills, after insurance has been applied.

Requirements

Failure to follow these requirements will result in your application being denied. If your application is denied, you must wait 30 days to reapply (from the date of the denial email.)

  • Submit 1 hospital or OB bill related to your miscarriage or stillbirth (you may need to send the bill as well as a 2nd attachment of the itemized version.)
    • Must be a pdf or photo of the full bill. Do not send a screenshot
    • Must not say “this is not a bill.”
    • Must show insurance coverage
    • At this time, we cannot accept any bills that are not from a hospital or medical provider.
  • Must be a resident of the United States
  • We will pay the billing provider directly. Under no circumstance, will the payment be sent elsewhere.
  • We advise continuing to pay your bills as noted based on the billing company’s guidance.  We cannot guarantee and do not promise the delivery date or shipping date of your check if approved.
  • Due to the amount of applications we receive… at this time, if you have received funds from us in the past, you cannot reapply.
